Exterior concrete floor coating for a small space

Restrictions:

• Service must be performed within a 15-mile radius of Minneapolis, MN
• Must be completed in December, January or February
• Service includes labor, materials, and service for preparation and coating application up to 250 square feet
• If area is greater than 250 square feet, additional square footage can be coated at a rate of $8 per square foot
• Any other additional coating services or upgrades can be added at standard pricing and amount due will be due upon completion of the project
• Scheduling is subject to availability
• Garage Floor Geeks will make reasonable efforts to accommodate preferred dates, but it is not guaranteed, and we may need to reschedule if weather doesn't permit on your originally scheduled date
• If your garage floor has extremely crumbled concrete, exposed dirt, cracks wider than approximately .25", heaving, or other damage that can't be corrected using our standard repair process, then we cannot coat your garage floor
