3-car Garage Floor Coating

Restrictions:

• Service must be performed within a 15-mile radius of Minneapolis, MN and completed in January, February, or March of 2026
• Service includes labor, materials, and service for preparation and coating application up to 750 square feet
• If garage is greater than 750 square feet, additional square footage can be coated for a discounted rate of $5 per square foot
• Any other additional coating services or upgrades can be added at standard pricing and amount due will be due upon completion of the project
• Scheduling is subject to availability
• Garage Floor Geeks will make reasonable efforts to accommodate preferred dates, but it is not guaranteed, and we may need to reschedule if weather doesn't permit on your originally scheduled date
• If your garage floor has extremely crumbled concrete, exposed dirt, cracks wider than approximately .25", heaving, or other damage that can't be corrected using our standard repair process, then we cannot coat your garage floor
